The Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) Food Assistance Division is responsible for administering the Alabama Food Stamp program (Alabama SNAP Benefits). DHR provides applications at all of their county offices.
You can print the Alabama Food Stamp Application, and take it with you when you go down to DHR to apply. If you are elderly, you can click to download the Alabama Elderly Simplified Food Stamps Application.
