I produced this video over a year ago, and there may be some differences, but if you have bad credit, no credit, an eviction showing up on your credit report or whatever the issue may be you may be able to rent a unit at Colonia Gardens.
As I stated in the video, Colonial Gardens is in the Pine Hills section of Orlando (the Hood) and it's not the best neighborhood, but if you need a place to stay for a little while this might work out for you - I would not bring children here, but I get that sometimes people may not have a choice.
