Why Pennsylvania Food Stamps Matter A Great Deal in North Philadelphia

Pennsylvania food stamps are a lifeline for many who live in North Philadelphia, it is one of America's poorest neighborhoods, and once again, those nasty Republicans are trying to kill these people by cutting off their lifeline.
