Republicans Attack the Poor Yet Again! (Colorado Marijuana w/ SNAP Benefits Nonsense)

Once again, the monsters at the Nazi network (Republican slanted FOX) have declared war on low income people by trying to make the public believe that people can buy marijuana (pot, weed, whatever you want to call it) with food stamps.

Most people are already aware of the fact that Colorado has legalized the sale of marijuana. Following the legislation, there has been a persistent myth that poor people can buy marijuana with food stamps. 

The myth is completely ridiculous, and it is just another testament to the way the American public tends to connect people with low income to drug abuse, crime, and everything else considered to be degenerate in society... as if people with money do not have the same issues...

Anyhow, back to the facts.  Colorado Republicans tried to institute a bill that would low income SNAP Benefits recipients from being able to use their EBT cards at locations where marijuana is sold. Democrats blocked the bill citing concern over recipients having total access to their benefits.

Despite the fact that neither Deomocrats nor ANYONE ELSE wants people to be able to purchase marijuana with food stamps, the bobbleheads at FOX News still try to perpetuate the stupid myth.
